Items purchased on Prokangrills.com that are unused and in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase, unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions.

Upon receipt and inspection of the item(s) by Prokan, refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) and any applicable sales tax in the original form of payment. Shipping charges for delivery and returns are non-refundable for orders.

Damaged in shipping – contact us and a replacement will be shipped to you.
